We process only the data you provide voluntarily in the contact form: name, company name, email address, subject of the enquiry, the message itself and, optionally, a telephone number and a convenient time to call if you ask to be called back. The form script also stores a temporary hash of the IP address, solely to limit the number of submissions from one source and protect the form against abuse. We do not create user profiles and do not run traffic analytics.
We use the data solely to answer your enquiry and to prepare a training offer. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract, and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, the legitimate interest of conducting business correspondence.
The contact form runs on our own server. Data from the form is not passed to any external company; it is sent directly to our mailbox and stored there.
We keep enquiry data for as long as is necessary to answer it and to conduct correspondence, and thereafter for the period following from limitation rules and record-keeping obligations.
Data may be passed only to providers of technical services necessary for the website to function: the hosting provider and the email provider. The contact form is handled on our own server, without any external company.
Providing data is voluntary. Without contact details, however, we cannot answer an enquiry.

The hosting provider automatically records standard information sent by the browser in log files: IP address, date and time of the request, the page visited and the browser type. This data serves solely to ensure security and correct operation of the website.
